The purpose of this portal is to give you access to your child's team/teacher blog page. Teachers at NSIS are using blogs as a communicatin tool for their students. Blogs are a form of journaling for teachers to keep parents and students up to date on class information.
NSIS teachers use their blogs in a variety of ways to enhance the learning process for their students. For example, using Animoto, teachers upload videos or pictures from class activities to showoff their students. Many of the teachers provide educational links for students to access from home.
Some teachers use a "Voki" to remind students about homework. Students use the Voki application to record their voice to provide messages for the class.
Blogs are a great vehicle to provide educational resources to our students. Take a few minutes and explore the variety of ways NSIS teachers are incorporating blogs into their classroom!
